  • Viewings
  • Full Tenant Assessment. The assessment includes – landlord’s reference, affordability check, identity & fraud information, voter’s roll information, public information (CCJs etc), risk score, previous landlord’s reference, employment & income reference/confirmation.
  • Right to Rent checks
  • Prepare tenancy agreement
  • Arrange for gas and electrical safety certificates as applicable.
  • Arrange for any repairs or basic refurbishments required to be done prior to letting. We use sensibly priced, reliable, experienced and qualified electricians, plumbers, other trades and suppliers.
  • Collect the deposit (payable to one of the government authorised schemes).
  • Collect first month’s rent. Set up arrangements for further rent payments to be made direct to the landlord
