Full tenant assessment done by a specialist letting agency

The assessment includes – credit check, landlord’s reference, affordability check, identity & fraud information, voter’s roll information, public information (CCJs etc), risk score, previous landlord’s reference, employment & income reference/confirmation. Right to Rent checks.
